Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! ♡


Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If you did not purchase return protection at checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at ShopDavisCollective@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email with a store credit code to use on a future purchase. Store credit is issued to the email address associated with your order.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item. Just follow the steps for a return and once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a refund for the original order! We will only issue a refund when an exchange has been made. All other approved returns will receive store credit only. 


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at ShopDavisCollective@gmail.com so we can make it right.


Lost or Missing Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered or scanned by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or delayed shipments. If your package is missing, please file a claim directly with USPS.
